- 35 Chain reduction drive with 78mm centrifugal clutch. 7 tooth front sprocket, 60 tooth rear. The Beast was often maligned for a poorly thought out drive system. With the single reduction making for an extremely tall final drive ratio and non tunable stock carb the Beast has a hard time climbing steep hills or carrying heavier riders without extensive modification. Master links on the original chains also had a habit of failing due to the small front sprocket.
